Overview
The Every Little Thing marketplace project is a collaboration between fashion marketing and interior design majors. The task was to craft a unique and vibrant space in Kingston, Jamaica, that will serve as a hub for a variety of small businesses and vendors. This multifaceted environment features vendor booths, an entertainment and event area for dining, lounging, and a bar. The overarching aim was to design a neutral yet captivating backdrop that highlights the diverse range of vendors. Additionally, I was challenged to bring the outdoors inside, with skylights and ample views of nature, to create an inviting atmosphere. The project scope encompasses the entire spatial layout, including floorplans and furniture arrangements, as well as the creation of custom millwork and furniture. Carefully selected lighting fixtures and finishes complete the look, and the realistic renders fully bring the clients vision to life. Our collaboration seeks to transform Every Little Thing into a remarkable, nature-inspired marketplace that both vendors and visitors will cherish.
